GOS has reserved a group block at the Cloister on Sea Island, GA. You will receive a housing link immediately after registering for the meeting. The group rate is $413.00 a night plus tax. The deadline for the GOS block of rooms is August 28, 2023. Please note room policy below.
* Please note, due to other groups in-house over our meeting dates, the Cloister room block is currently full, however, they typically have cancellations so please check with the reservation department in early September to see if they have any cancellations. We do not keep a waiting list. There is availability at the hotels listed below.

GOS Cloister Room Reservation Policy:
The GOS room block is for REGISTERED GOS annual meeting attendees/paid exhibitors ONLY. A maximum of 1 room is permitted per attendee and those staying in the room, must be a registered/paid GOS attendee and/or children living in same household. The reserved room will automatically be cancelled by GOS if this is used for a non-meeting attendee.
Meeting Pre-registration through September 11th, 2023
$50.00 late fee will be applied after September 11th
CANCELLATION POLICY: Refunds will not be granted for cancellations received after September 12th, 2023.
