Don’t miss this opportunity to enjoy time with colleagues from around the state, hear great speakers and receive a minimum of 8 - 10 CME credits.

Housing Information:

The 78^th GOS Annual Meeting will be held at the Cloister on Sea Island, GA. Upon registering for the conference, you will receive a housing link. The group rate is $414.00 a night plus tax. The deadline for the GOS block of rooms is August 26^th, 2024. However, rooms can sell out before that date. Meeting registration is required to secure housing.

The Cloister Resort Cancellation Policy: For cancellations or shortening of stays received within 7 days of arrival, the deposit will be forfeited.

**You must be a GOS Member in order to attend the GOS Annual Meeting** (unless you are coming from out of state)

GOS Cloister Room Reservation Policy:

The GOS room block is for REGISTERED GOS annual meeting attendees/paid exhibitors ONLY. A maximum of 1 room is permitted per attendee and those staying in the room must be a registered/paid GOS attendee and/or children living in the same household. The reserved room will automatically be cancelled by GOS if this is used for a non-meeting attendee.

Meeting Pre-registration - September 9^th

GOS block of rooms - August 26^th

Cancellation Policy: Refunds will not be granted for cancellations received after September 9^th, 2024.

$50.00 late fee will be applied after September 9^th.
