Payment is required via credit card or check – payable to Georgia Orthopaedic Society.

Hotel & Housing Policy (New for 2026)
To secure the discounted rate of $441.00 at The Cloister, you must follow this process:

1. Register for Exhibit Space: GOS must receive your signed exhibit contract, via online registration, inclusive of your representative name(s) and email(s).
2. Reserve Hotel Room: You will receive the housing link only after your registration is confirmed.

Important Policies:

• Room Limit: Maximum of 2 rooms per exhibiting company based on availability.
• Eligibility: Rooms are for registered/paid attendees and their immediate household only.
• Cancellation: GOS reserves the right to cancel any room reserved without a signed contract or by a non-attendee.

Badges & Registration

• Eligibility: Exhibitor badges are only available to companies that have purchased, contracted, or are registered as exhibiting in a booth.  Extra Badges: $350 per person.
• Approval: All extra badges must be approved by Liz Neary, Executive Director, (lnearygos@gmail.com) due to capacity limitations.

• Relevance: Products/services must relate to the practice of orthopaedics.
• Sales: On-site sales are strictly prohibited.
• Hotel Cancellation: Cancellations or shortened stays within 7 days of arrival will result in a forfeited deposit.
